Harpers bazaar India Launches First Coffee Table Book - Bazaar At Work
Harper's Bazaar India, the leading fashion magazine launched a collector’s edition book ‘Bazaar at Work: The Power List, Women who write their own rules’, recently at the Hyatt Regency, New Delhi. This year, Harper’s Bazaar celebrates its 10th anniversary, making it a monumental year for the magazine in India. catch now delhi bazaar at work The glorious evening was addressed by the editor in chief Nonita Kalra.  The ballroom was filled with notable women, some entrepreneurs, authors, influencers and more. The panellists were present to take forward the discussion on Women power and how in they created an identity in the competitive world with their hard work, determination and by the support of their loved ones. catch now delhi bazaar at work The singer Sonam Kalra embarked on the evening and touched the chords of every soul presented in the room. It was an inspiring and motivational evening for the 60 women present in the panel seminal discussion. The Panel comprised of Actress Dia Mirza, Miss. Malini, Designer Anita Dongre, Indian Paralympic Athlete Deepa Malik and Ms Chetna Sinha, Founder Mann Deshi Foundation and the editor Nonita Kalra.  catch now delhi bazaar at work The tears rolled down when Deepa Malik shared her story. Also, The Power List profile comprised of 50 women who are strong and defiant. It tells the story of their professional success but there are fairly personal anecdotes, individual challenges like fighting cancer, managing family responsibilities, fighting gender stereotypes. Meanwhile, Nonita Kalra mentioned about working from home and also mentioned the recent tryst of Forbes magazine on Feminism. “Flexible work hours is the new FEMINISM” – Forbes Magazine catch now delhi bazaar at work The launch was organised in the association of Jimmy Choo. The book was Launched by Mrs Anupriya Patel, Minister of State in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. The layouts are beautifully designed and the art direction of the book is indeed exceptional. There are a total of 50 Indian women and about 6 international including Sophie Delafontaine of Longchamp and Mary Turner of Koovs. Create your Identity and Keep Dreaming! one line I loved what Deepa Malik said during the event," Ishwar par bharosa karoge toh jo takdeer mein likha hai vo paoge!  Lekin agar khud par Bharosa hai toh Ishwar takdeer mein vo likhega jo tum chaahoge!"
