ICW 2018: Showstoppers - Aditi Rao Hydari, Kangana Ranaut and Kareena Kapoor

The first two days of the India Couture Week, 2018 have been breathtaking as the Bollywood actresses stormed the runway with their glamour.

The Shimmery Aditi Rao Hydari for Tarun Tahilliani (25th July 2018, Day 1) The gorgeous Aditi Rao Hydari walked in a ravishing Peach off shoulder lehenga with a subtle hair bun and pretty tiny flowers pinned with it. Aditi was the perfect showstopper for the best Couture Designer Tarun Tahilliani as she carried the delicate silhouette and the shimmery attire just her way. The designer Tarun Tahilliani himself held the 3d floral trail following Aditi on the ramp.

Kangana Ranaut, The Victorian Princess showstopper for Anju Modi (25th July, Day 1) The Bollywood queen walked with a pride in a Victorian era’s outfit inspiration. The collection “Maiden’s Prayer” was inspired by the vintage era. Kangana wore a vectored bejewelled cape over the beige blouse and skirt which had intricate jewel tone work around the neckline and the waistline. She accessorized her look with a jewelled headband, a dangling neck piece and beautiful finger ring cuffs. Kangana stated, “I had fun because it had so much to do with glamour and pathos. I felt a little choked that it was so romantic but painfully romantic. So, I enjoyed it.”   The Glitzy Kareena Kapoor Khan for Falguni and Shane Peacock (26th July, Day 2) Taimur’s mom sizzled the runway as she walked the aisle in a 30 kg golden glittery lehenga with a plunging bold neckline. We loved the dupatta drape that had a fur trail as the signature style of the duo. The metallic detailing over the ensemble and the soft hair curls with smoky glittery eyes completed her look. Kareena stated, “I am a born actress but not a born model. I wouldn’t have opted for such a heavy outfit if it wasn’t Falguni and Shane and I am glad I did because I know I look beautiful”.
